Wedding Trends 2010 Part One

Ok, so I have been thinking about new wedding trends and styles and came across a few that I thought were really fun.... 

1. Celtic/Medieval

I know, I know! Sounds kinda like a Renaissance Fair and although I agree that this kind of wedding is not for everyone, there is still something inside of me screaming "Oh my gosh! I love it!!"

I admit that I love fantasy movies like LOTR and/or similar. The romantic aspect of it is enough for me to say "I do" to this new 2010 wedding trend.

2. Vintage/Hollywood Glam

There is just something wonderful about the early 1900's. Everything just seemed so much better... the looks were elegant & timeless yet chic. Short net veils, gloves and pearls... hey if its good enough for Grace Kelley, its good enough for me! Think Sweet Home Alabama or Katherine Heigl's Wedding Day

Jill & Nick's Wedding

I had the pleasure of doing the photography for Jill and Nick who are just adorable! They got married at the Orchard House a few days ago and the setting was perfect. Congrats to the two of you. Here are a few of my favorites!

Javier & Stasia's Wedding Album

Stasia chose a 8x12 Elegance Album with the Full Photo Cover, Black Glove Leather spine and Back and Silver Gilding. I think it turned out really nice. I love the way the cover looks like a magazine ad!

Samantha and Zach's Album

Samantha was the first person who has chosen a 12x12 PINK Traditional Album! I was a little worried but the artistic side of me thought that it may be kinda cool... Well, the book is in and I REALLY like it! Its almost kinda retro. I really dig it... do you?

I also did Samantha and Zach's Wedding a few weeks ago and never got around to publishing any photos, so here are a few of my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.

Kevin & Dana's Album

Kevin and Dana went for the Traditional album with silver edging and a black Napa Leather on the front. The Napa Leather has a suede look and feel and I absolutely love it! I actually prefer it over the standard black because its a darker black. I know they will enjoy this album for years to come. I even show how thick this this album is compared to my samples which are about half the size.
